Guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all clients and staff at Spa Natural Center

At Flavio Acuña Spa Natural Center, S.R.L., we are dedicated to providing a relaxing and harmonious environment for all our clients. To ensure that your experience, as well as that of others, is the best possible, we ask that all clients follow our wellness and conduct guidelines during their visit, whether at our facilities or when receiving services at home.

Respect for the Tranquility of the Place and Other Clients
  • Please maintain a low voice to avoid disturbing the tranquility of others.
  • Phone conversations should be limited to the reception area or designated spaces. We kindly ask that mobile phones be kept on silent mode during your stay.
  • Respect for other clients and staff is essential. Offensive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Punctuality
  • We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow enough time to relax and complete any necessary forms.
  • Arriving late may reduce the duration of your treatment to avoid impacting other clients with scheduled appointments afterward. In case of late arrival, the service will end at the originally scheduled time, and the full treatment price will be charged.
  • If the appointment is at your home, please ensure that the space is ready to begin at the scheduled time.
Use of Facilities
  • Clients must follow staff instructions regarding the use of facilities (relaxation areas, showers, etc.). We ask all visitors to respect the established rules to ensure a hygienic and safe environment.
  • Some treatments may have restrictions based on your health condition. Please refer to our Physical and Health Conditions Policy for more information.
Personal Hygiene
  • We kindly ask you to shower before any body treatment, especially if you have exercised prior to your appointment. This ensures a more pleasant experience for both you and the therapist.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, treatments are not allowed if the client has open wounds, skin infections, or other conditions that may pose a risk.
Proper Attire
  • For your comfort and that of others, it is recommended to wear robes or comfortable clothing provided by the spa while in common areas.
  • During treatments, towels or robes will be provided as needed to ensure your privacy.
  • For in-home treatments, it is important that the client provides a private space where they feel comfortable and that ensures the necessary privacy.
Behavior During the Treatment
  • During your treatment, if you feel any discomfort or unease, please inform the therapist immediately so they can adjust the pressure or focus of the treatment.
  • Inappropriate behavior towards our staff, including unwanted remarks or insinuations, will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the treatment without a refund.
Food and Beverages
  • The consumption of food or beverages in the treatment areas is not allowed, except for water.

Right of Admission
  • The spa reserves the right to deny service or entry to anyone whose behavior is inappropriate or does not comply with the rules outlined in this policy.
  • We reserve the right to terminate any treatment if the client fails to follow these conduct guidelines or if their behavior is inappropriate toward staff or other clients.
Policy for In-Home Treatments
  • We kindly ask our clients to provide a calm and suitable space for in-home treatments, free from distractions such as excessive noise or interruptions.
  • As in our facilities, mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during in-home treatments.
  • Mutual respect between the therapist and the client is essential. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate cancellation of the service without a refund.
