Rules on reservations, cancellations, refunds, and payment terms for services at Spa Natural Center and home services

At Flavio Acuña Spa Natural Center, S.R.L., we offer services both at our facilities and at home in the areas of Bavaro, Punta Cana, Cap Cana and Casa de Campo. Below, we detail our policies related to the management of reservations, cancellations, refunds and payment conditions, both for services at the spa and at home.
Reservation Policy
- Advance booking: All reservations must be made in advance through our website, by phone, WhatsApp or directly at our facilities.
- Availability: Reservations are subject to availability of times and treatments. To guarantee the reservation, full payment of the service is required.
- Confirmation: Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. Please review the information carefully to avoid errors.
- Home services:
- Detailed information on the location where the service will be provided is required.
- We reserve the right to refuse the reservation if the space does not meet the minimum necessary conditions.
- If the agreed time is not respected, a double charge will be applied due to the inconvenience caused.
- No service is provided in hotels due to the restrictions of these establishments.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations in advance: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Late cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 100% charge of the booked service.
- No show: In case of no-show, either for a service at the spa or at home, you will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Return Policy
- Cancellations within the allowed period:
- If you cancel your reservation within the established period, the full amount will be refunded by the same method of payment used.
- It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Unsatisfactory services:
- In case of justified dissatisfaction, the option of rescheduling the service or a partial or total refund will be offered, depending on the case evaluated.
Terms of Payment
- Prepayment: Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking, both for in-spa and in-home services.
- Payment methods: We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers and cash at our facilities. If you book online, you can pay through our secure payment system.
- Non-refundable payments: Prepayments are final, except in the cases mentioned in our refund policy.
- Currency: All prices shown on this page are expressed and processed exclusively in U.S. dollars (USD).
Home Services Policy
- Space conditions: To ensure optimal service, the client must provide an adequate space at home (sufficient space, privacy and hygiene). If the location is not adequate, the therapist has the right to cancel the session on site, with the corresponding charges being applied.
- Spa equipment: We take care of bringing the necessary equipment (such as stretchers, chairs and other accessories) for the treatment, so it is not necessary for the client to provide this material.
- Displacements: Home services are available in the areas of Bavaro, Punta Cana, Cap Cana and Casa de Campo. For services outside these areas, an additional travel charge will be applied, which will be previously informed.
- Services in hotels: We do not offer home delivery services in hotels due to the restrictions established by the hotels.
